Addison Rae, the 23-year-old social media star, is making her major label debut this Friday, August 9, with the release of her first single, “Diet Pepsi,” under Columbia Records. This marks her first solo release since last year.

Over the past week, Rae has been building anticipation on social media, teasing her fans with hints about the upcoming single. One of her posts featured a snippet from the song with the caption, “I don’t do coke. I much prefer Diet Pepsi!”
Hints of New Music
Rae first hinted at new music back in June through Instagram updates. This came after her live performance debut during Charli XCX’s sold-out BRAT Tour show in Los Angeles, where they performed their collaborative track, “The von dutch remix with Addison Rae and S.” This performance followed Charli XCX’s remix of Rae’s “2 Die 4,” which was part of Rae’s debut AR EP released in 2023.
