Employers must provide coverage for workers, including pre-existing conditions, inpatient and outpatient care, medicines, and telehealth services.

Key Benefits:

  • Pre-existing conditions covered immediately.
  • Inpatient care: 20% co-payment (limits apply).
  • Outpatient care: 25% co-payment, free follow-ups within 7 days.
  • Medicines: Covered up to Dh1,500.

Exclusions: Pregnancy, dental care, cosmetic procedures, weight control, and mental health (non-emergency).

Family members can also be added to the plan. This policy enhances healthcare access for all UAE workers.
